Bio
I am excited to be starting my 23rd year of teaching. This year I will be teaching Honors and General Biology. I am a Highly Qualified and National STEM Certified teacher. I enjoy being in the classroom and the one on one interaction with the students.
I started my teaching career in 2002 at Wetumpka High School and came to Prattville High School in the Fall of 2004. For the 2008-2010 school years I served as the Assistant Principal at Prattville Elementary School and returned to PHS in the Fall of 2010. This is my 1st year teaching here at Marbury High School. I also serve as an Athletic Trainer at MHS helping with the Sports Medicine needs of all students athletes.
I have 5 amazing children, Garrett and Grant (twins-23), Emmaline (20), and Pratt and Tripp (twins in 7th grade-13). I am a native of Prattville and graduated from PHS in 1992. Go Bulldogs!
